The Manhattan real estate market, despite the gloom in the national market, has remained stable when it comes to pricing, as compared to other real estate markets that feature crumbling prices.
However, as the crisis progresses and bonuses going low, Manhattan is destined to be hit. Maybe not that badly, but it will still be hit nonetheless.
