A 4,000-square-foot Harlem-based kitchen incubator will be built in La Marqueta, that will help aspiring entrepreneurs launch bakeries, catering and other food manufacturing business, and is expected to be completed nest summer.
According to Seth Pinsky, president of the New York City Economic Development Corp., this kitchen incubator will help people with small food business who are confined on their home kitchens.
Currently, there are four culinary incubators in the city.
